Although I could not get my camera at the right angle with the light to get a good close up of the hallmark, it is there and with a jewelers loupe you can see it. It identifies it as 1894 15 ct Birmingham. It is sporting a 5 PT Diamond at center and is has Sapphires above and below it. It measures 1 13/16" in length and is 5/8" across at its widest point. It has the original hinged bar pin a c-clasp.
